Policies:

Tick Check In at 3:00 PM Early check in possible if arranged in advance.

Tick Check Out at 12:00 Noon.

Tick Two night minimum stay required on holidays and high season (May through September) Exceptions
       must be negotiated in advance.

Tick Full cancellation 10 days advance notice in high season (May through September).

Tick 50% cancellation up to 5 days advance notice.

Tick Less than 5 days will result in full charge and a gift certificate for a stay at another date.

Tick Non cancellation will result in full charge.

Tick Credit Card number required for room reservation and is pre billed.

Tick Confirmation upon payment.

Tick Master Card, Visa and American Express accepted.

Tick We allow some pets if advance notice is given. There is a pet charge of $15.00 per night if all conditions
        can be met. $ 50.00 pet deposit is refundable after inspection.

Tick Smoking is not allowed in rooms.

Tick Smoking is allowed in the designated courtyard area only.

Tick We will negotiate special packages for off season visits.
